The amount charged to a credit card or bank account may vary as it will be affected by floating exchange rates and bank charges. Order are shipped by STIL-TRE srl Via Alpone 19/20 - 37035 San Giovanni Ilarione (VR) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.

ORDER STATUS: as a registered customer, you may track all orders made from your account.
ORDERS CHANGES: We remind clients that, once an order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

ESSEutESSE reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping. ONLINE PRODUCTS AND IMAGES: ESSEutESSE declines every responsability if, due to a particular configuration of a client's computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original ones. Images on Stil-tre srl belong to Stil-tre srl and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of Stil-tre srl is forbidden. Any law trespasser will be punished.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Items featured on the website reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. There may be the possibility that some products are made at the time of the order so it may take several days to ship. Once teh order is processed by the Orders Department ESSEutESSE reserves teh right to re-confirm teh availability of the products bought, to verify the transaction's validity by credit card and to check the Client's record with ESSEutESSE. Clients will be promptly informed by ESSEutESSE orders office if for any reason the items ordered are not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client's request.
